About Concordia’s H.O.M.E. Groups

We welcome you to this wonderful journey!

We launched this new church in East Chula Vista in February of 2010.  We wondered what it would look like if families could learn about God and experience Him in one place and one time …….. together! Rather than Sunday being the end of a week’s experience, it was a launching pad for conversation that would take place all week long based on the BIG TRUTH OF GOD we would learn each Sunday.
